UAvoyage is a well established supplier of furnished apartments which operates in Kiev in order to provide its customers with high standard accommodation and a unique holiday experience.
Presently our destinations include Kiev. In addition to this we also manage partner reservations in many cities of Ukraine. Being in cooperation with a large number of associates enables us to provide the best service on the market. With all our products and services available online, we recommend booking via the internet, as the easiest and most efficient means of reaching us. In order to supply our guests with the most accurate and detailed information, we put a strong emphasis on the apartment descriptions available on our websites.

Terms and Conditions
It is an implied term that, by using the Uavoyge.com website, you agree to accept our terms and conditions stated below.
Bookings
All rates are per apartment (NOT per person)
When you make a reservation through uavoyage.com, the rates that you see on the website (and the booking request form) at the time you make the booking are the rates that we apply and confirm to you. If there are any unforeseen changes or problems with your reservation, we will automatically contact you first for your approval/instructions, before arranging a reservation for you.
In the event that the apartment of your choice is fully booked at the time of submitting your reservation request uavoyage.com will endeavour to offer you an alternative apartment of similar price, quality and location. We will not, of course, proceed with an alternative reservation without your prior approval. However, if you state a specific alternative apartment on the booking request form, we will make that reservation for you automatically should your first choice of apartment be unavailable for your chosen dates.
After you submit the secure online booking request form, you will soon be notified by email of your reservation confirmation, including full booking details: your booking reference, a street map showing the apartment's location, the apartment's cancellation policy, address and telephone number, so you'll have all the information you need.
Your e-mail confirmation will usually be with you the same day. We will always try to get the confirmation to you as soon as possible.

Payment Agreement
The deposit for the firs night stay is required. You will be able to make prepayment via PayPal.com, Western Union, Money Gram, etc.
Check in / Check out
Official check in time starts at 1PM. Official check out time ends at 12 PM.
Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations only in written form sent by fax or e-mail by the person who originally made the reservation
We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, the only case we are strict is "no show". The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from your credit card.

No show or cancellation 29 days before arrival: one night stay charge.
Reducing the number of nights or guests after confirming a reservation
Reducing the number of nights will be treated as a cancellation of the reduced nights and as such will be subject to the cancellation policy.
Reducing the number of guests will not affect the total price.
In individual cases and depending on the agreement with the property owner, the above rules can be negotiable.
Cancellation during the stay is only possible after the first month; after a one-month stay a 14 - day notice applies.
In rare cases apartments can become no longer available after a booking has been made. This might happen for varying reasons from water damage to unscheduled building works. In this case we will attempt to re-accommodate our guests in suitable accommodation of our own at a price equivalent to the original agreed. In the case our own accommodation is not available we will not be held responsible for any extra costs the client bears over and above the original price agreed in securing alternative accommodation. In the case re-accommodation is impossible we issue a full refund. Once the payment for the apartment has been made, the client defaults his right to any refund in cases where he leaves before the agreed period.
